What is happening with SteemMonster MATCHMAKING?

Hey everyone hope you all are having a wonderful day at the moment. I just checked in on Steemmonster.com to do my daily challenge. I ranked about 3 matches then afterwards I kept getting the popup message above.
I waited for a few minutes as advised by the message but, that doesn't seem to solve the issue. It's the first time I am seeing this message. Could someone who understands this issue leave a brief explanation as to what this is and why I'm getting this message.
Also is anyone else having this issue?
