Great interviews again, wow! It is so good for us outside of the internal workings of Steemit.com to get a bird's eye view of situation, their thoughts on it, how they think we should manage and solve problems and all kinds of situations we find ourselves in within the platform.

It would be nice give a reward when you get stuck with a problem and someone helps you in the chat, like we do when we read valuable post or comments."
