My reason probably won't ne the same with yours but I would like to share my opinions about it.

Why is it that my post isn't getting any payment until now?

• I am not posting regular enough because the value of upvote I'm getting is almost none, eventhough I have tried to write something nice to read content.

Why isn't anyone realizing that I am also posting?

• I spent a lot of time thinking about the 'why' other than spending my time engaging with other to be notice more.

The only solution for my problem is to start engaging with other.

• Reading other post and leaving a related to the topic comment.
• Participating in contest and giveaway to increase my chances to power up a little bit faster.

As for my conclusion, engagement is the answer to a successful career in this community.
