Buy when there's panic
It's hard to time a bottom but we're seeing extreme levels of panic in the market. Usually, a vix of 28 I'd as bad as it gets.
Recently we were as high as 75. This has meant a lot of irrational selling. Just like why people are stocking up on toilet paper, some things just make no sense.
Government's are already planning action so this is probably the low for now unless they bungle things which is always a possibility.
Just as with 87, 08, 2015, the flash crashes are time to buy.
This is an age old approach to investing. It is not easy to do yet it is how wealth is made. Those who are able to go against the trend in terms of fear and greed can really profit.
Everything seems to be collapsing but it will come back, at some point. The stock market is a mess but it is when good opportunities present themselves.

Yes, some markets are at 2015, 2011 prices so if anyone felt like they missed out over the last 10 years, now is a good time to get in.
