I use this method too. Unfortunately, I don't do as well on the selling because I tend to keep things too long.

thats why you only sell on the same date you would buy. If by a complete miracle BTC would jump to 12k tonight I would be on a positive and hence would need to sell. If I am on a negative (more likely) I will have to buy again. But do not leave it to chance, just fix a monthly date
