Hi Steemers, this week we continue with the interviews at SteemKitchen, it is the turn to meet the beautiful chef de partier @princessmewmew.

1 Who is Princessmewmew?

I am a crazy cat lover 😺/ foodie 🍕/ vintage + history lover. I have a lot of love to give and love to give back to others. I love music, writing and creating delicious dishes. I am interested in philosophy, religion, people and freedom of speech

2 Where are you from and what do you do?

I am from a small hole in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, called East London. I've been living in Cape Town for ten years now, and love the foodie scene here. I work in a gorgeous antique shop, specialising in chandeliers. My second "job" is Steemit... wink wink I spend most evenings writing posts, helping in my favourite Discord (ADSactly), and making and photographing beautiful food 💖

3 What is your favorite thing to do?

If I'm not Steeming to the moon, I love to read, trawl vintage shops for finds and improve on my photography skills.

4 What is the most exciting thing that has come to the antique shop?

So many amazing items come in all the time. To be honest, while I can appreciate the beauty, nothing really blows my mind... It is just stuff after all. I must say though, we have had a few special pieces with interesting histories, and those have been my favourite. This year we said goodbye to our Antique Austrian Pharmacy, and I was a little sad to see it go

5 What is your work within the ADSactly community?

I am a Community Overseer, and this means I am involved in all sorts of community projects. My main focusses are editing and heading up the content for the blog, and curating the daily Post of the Day initiative I started - giving back to the community is very important to me

6 What is your favorite steemer in Steemkitchen?

I am still getting to know everyone, but I of course have a soft spot for my friend @freetissues. I love his attitude to everything, and really look forward to meeting him in person

7 What is your favorite bread and why?

ALL OF IT! Bread is my nemesis, my arch enemy and my best friend wanna be lover. I really love a good farm-style bread, here we call it a potbrood, traditionally cooked in a potjie, or small cast iron pot cooked over a fire. It's a lovely dense bread with a crispy crust. Best served warm with slathers of butter.

8 Have you traveled to another country? which was?

Yeah. I spent some time in Europe after school, as an au pair. I lived in Germany, and traveled to Amsterdam, Denmark, Dubai and London. I have also been all over Southern Africa, including the Kalahari desert, the Transkei and up and down the Garden route.

9 If you were given the opportunity to travel to a country, what would you do?

EAT! Obviously. Italy = pizza/pasta and cheese. India, all the curry, Turkey, Mediterranean bliss, Argentina, amazing meats, argh, I could go on!

10 What do you like most about your country

It's a beautiful, diverse country with loads of stunning scenery. I love the multiculturalism we have, and I also love to learn about my neighbours cultures and their FOOD!
