The popular drink has its origins in the neighboring island of Puerto Rico, possibly its most popular export. The mixture of pineapple, coconut and rum is, in fact, the official drink of Puerto Rico. The good news is that it is very easy to do, and once you do, you will become the most popular person among your friends. Health!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

Serving size: For 6 small glasses

Ingredients:

• 3 cups pineapple cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup of white rum
• 3 cups of coconut cream
• 3 cups of ice
• 1/4 cup of sugar, or to taste
• Pineapple to decorate

Preparation:

• Mix all ingredients except sugar and liquefy. Add sugar to taste while still liquefying.
• Decorate with pineapple triangles and serve immediately.

If you use coconut cream with sugar, you will have to adjust the amount of sugar you use. I hope you like this refreshing and tropical drink, there is even a song dedicated to it. I particularly love this fruit, and this drink is excellent with or without alcohol, I hope you prepare it or at least try it somewhere.
