Many will think that this can be considered a main dish, however, it is, a fairly complete dish that to be served in a luxurious restaurant just need to add the word gourmet to the name, I love hamburgers in their different presentations, Chicken, meat, fish, vegetarian, I find a complete dish, delicious, and practical. This recipe results in a meal that you can eat with your hands, plus it is delicious, with the rich pork that gives a more succulent touch. It is formed by several ingredients that give an exquisite flavor, onion, garlic, pork, egg, among others, all to give as a result this dish.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serving Size: May vary according to the size of the hamburger

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg. Of minced pork
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation:

  • Arrange the chopped pork in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.

  • Next we peel the onion and garlic cloves, and wash the parsley. Chop all these ingredients with a knife or a chopper. +

  • Add this preparation to the bowl with the minced pork.

  • Add the 2 eggs and 1 or 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Knead the mixture until everything is uniform, forming a homogeneous mass. You can use a kitchen utensil, but it is best to use your hands so that it is mixed as well as possible. If the dough is left with little consistency, add a little more bread crumbs. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for an hour so that the flavors mix well and the dough takes shape. This step is not essential, but if we do it will be noticeable in the flavor and final texture of the hamburgers.

  • Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and with the hands we form the balls of dough of the size that we want to prepare the hamburgers. Once we have the balls made, crush gently with your hand until you have the desired thickness and size.

  • Turn the oven to 200 ° C and arrange the burgers in the broiler pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
