Today I wanna share again full recipe of honey chilli potato.
A perfect crispy, spicy, tangy and sweet starter.
Yesterday I tried it at home, it was really yummy and everyone liked 😉

let's see the recipe:

ingredients:
potato
salt
water
maida
rice flour
oil
sesame seeds
garlic
green chilli
onion
capsicum
sugar
soya sauce
red chilli sauce
tomato ketchup
black paper
corn flour
spring onion
honey

method
first took potato and peeled & cut into thick wedges , like this :

now bolied it for 4-5 minutes.

now took rice flour, salt and maida , mixed it into bolied potato.

took the pen and deep fry until golden brown.

Like this and take it out and keep it aside.
crispy potato Is ready , now let's make the sauce(gravy)
heat a pan, add little oil.
add garlic paste and fry it for few seconds.

now add capsicum and chopped onions.

fry it for 2 minute.
add spices ; salt, bell pepper and honey.
now add all sauces and mix it well.
add water and cooked for 2-3 minute.

add little water in cornflour and make semi-thick batter. mix it well.

now add fried potatoes and turn off the flame.
put it for 10 minutes.
garnish with spring onion and serve it.

now you can enjoy it 😉
