So that's what it's called in your part of the world @slobberchops? Yes it is very dry and best eaten when dipped but if they're cut super thin, it's really nice and crunchy eaten dry!

Hmm... I don't really know what they would be called here.. rusks conjures up baby food for me!...
They are great for when babies teeth!
