Welcome to my kitchen,where you meet with chef @lapb.

Goat head is a mouth watery type of meat sauce use for relaxing.This is one of the African finest.

Those of you that have tasted it knows exactly what am saying. It is served not only while drinking but can be presented during programmes or feasting.
Let's get down to the business of the day....

Condiments

Red oil
fresh pepper
Goat head
Ehu
Utazi leaf
Udaa seed
Onion
Extracted water from burnt palm fronts (ngwu)/extracted water from potash (akawu).

These are the ingredients needed for the preparation of this mouth watery dish. This takes about 15minutes to prepare and served.

Preparation process:-

Wash the goat head, per boil for about 5minutes and then cut it into pieces and extract the brain.
Add the extracted palm front water/extracted from potash into a pot, add red oil,mix it together to get a thicker oil substance. Add the extracted brains to the oil and mix it well. This takes about 3 minutes.
Add your ingredients (grinded fresh pepper,grinded ehu, grinded udaa seed) mix it together and allow for about 4 minutes. (it will be done while on fire.

-Add the chopped utazi leaf, allow for some minutes,then add the meat(cut goat head) and allow to heat for about 3 minutes.

After this is done,a sliced onion will be added to beautify the meat with some of the sliced utazi leaf.
Wow! the goat head is done and ready to enjoy.

No be small thing here ooo, i know most of us now will be slivating. Calm down i will soon be doing a get together for a taste.
