Those look absolutely AMAZING @avizor!!!!!! I very seldom cook with pumpkin, or cook it on its own - I generally gravitate to butternut first, but I definitely think I will give this a go! Great share!
If you are a pumpkin 🎃 lover 😀 you really should try the Hokkaido ✌️.... i Never tried the butternut - it’s on my list now :-)
