Serving: 12 sticks
Material:
12 beef sausages
200 grams of sweet corn, puree
100 grams of sweet corn, grated
125 grams of flour
50 grams of sago flour
1 egg
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of powdered pepper
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
12 sticks of skewers
500 ml of oil for frying
Ground spices:
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
How to make corn-coated fried sausages:
Scratch sausages. Stick with a skewer. Set it aside.
Mix sweet corn, flour, sago flour, eggs, salt, pepper powder, granulated sugar and fine spices. Stir well.
Dip the sausage in the corn mixture.
Fry in the oil that has been heated with medium heat until cooked and yellowish.
