Five Star Fried Potato Recipes for Beginners, Anti Fail and Its Results Like in a Restaurant!

Are you among those who often fail when frying their own potatoes at home?

Usually the potatoes do not mature or quickly wither when lifted from the wok.

Here is a recipe of fried potatoes as it was in a fast food restaurant.

Material:

3-4 large pieces of potatoes, peeled and soaked

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 tsp fine salt

3 tbsp of flour (1 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of wheat flour)

3 cloves of garlic, crush

Sprinkling:

Oregano powder (can be flipped)

Fine salt or powdered broth to taste

How to make:

  1. Cut potato lengthwise with thickness according to taste.

  2. Wash thoroughly until the water is immersed.

  3. Next in a separate container, boil water which is enough to soak the potatoes until boiling.

  4. Enter the sugar, salt and garlic. Add the potatoes, boil for 3-5 minutes until the potato is ¼ cooked. Turn off the stove and drain the potatoes.

  5. Store the potatoes in the refrigerator until cool, about 10-15 minutes. Once cool, sprinkle the potatoes with flour until evenly distributed.

  6. To make it more evenly, add the potatoes in the jar, then put the flour and shake it until the whole surface of the potatoes is wrapped in flour.

  7. Then, keep the potatoes in the freezer until frozen, about 1-2 hours.

  8. After frozen, fry in hot oil until half cooked. Make sure to fry with oil submerged.

  9. If it is half cooked. Drain. Then let the potatoes cool.

  10. New fried again until cooked. The technique of frying potatoes is to make sure the oil is really hot.

  11. After hot oil, reduce the heat and fry until brownish yellow. Lift. While hot, sprinkle oregano powder and salt / spice broth until the salty taste fits.

  12. Serve with favorite sauce.
