Nata De Coco (Imitation)

- 2 packs of nutrigel plain (coconut image)
- 80gr coconut milk powder
- 250gr sugar
- 900ml coconut water / degan
- 1 young coconut / degan (scraped meat)
- 100ml mineral water
- 1 / 4sdt salt
- 1sdm lime juice
How to make ;
- Scrape the young coconut meat and mineral water and blend until smooth
- Prepare the pan, pour the young coconut meat that has been mashed
- Add sugar, young coconut water, salt, lime juice, coconut milk powder, nutrigel mix well
- Turn on the stove, cook the dough while continuously stirring until boiling, turn off the heat, stirring steam until steam is gone

Papaya Pudding
Material :
1 Medium mature papaya fruit.
800 ml of water
1 pack of plain agar flour
1 pack of small coconut milk
1 sachet Sweetened condensed milk flag
Sugar according to taste (taste test)
Secubit salt
How to make :
- Peel the skin of papaya and wash it clean. Split lengthwise into 2 parts. Throw the seeds clean.

Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
Material :

MANGO CHEESE CAKE
