Wow, great post! My brother in law is always wanting to make Paella, but I am not a big fan of different kinds of seafood, so he never has. I like rabbit though, so I would love to try the traditional version sometime. The pictures are fantastic. You did a great job of capturing the process.
Yep, people have different preference. You can ask your brother in law to try the traditional one or the vegetarian.
