Steemkitchen TUTTI FRUTTI Contest - Strawberries 🍓 coconut 🥥 crisp Shake
Hey, today my wife and me have been on a strawberry field in our little village.
So here comes the idea up to make my entry for this contest :-) I like shakes, fast and healthy. So why not share with you.
The prep time is very fast, about 10min max for a 0,4liter Portion.
You need
- strawberries 150g
- Coconut flakes about 10g (for some extra crisp and taste)
- Milk 150g
- Low fat curd cheese 100g
- mixer
- scales
First start with picking up the strawberries :-)
Then start with the coconut 🥥 flakes...
Mix them up with the strawberries...
Add the low fat curd cheese...
Add the milk...
And finally mix all together :-)

Auf jeden Fall :-) und vor allem weiß ich genau was drin ist. In dem Fall echte Erdbeeren 🍓. Bei manchen gekauften ausm Supermarkt, wär ich mir nicht so sicher. ;-)

Congrats on being one of the winners for the contest! This looks really good. I never would have thought to use coconut flakes for a smoothie but honestly that does make a lot of sense. I'll have to get some next time I'm at the store and see ^^
