Quite amusing to read my friend, as a person who appreciates literature and history, I approve and upvote! I get immersed in thoughts on how rulers life was like back then, and how close to now it may be.
You should try playing Crusader Kings 2 then. It's a really good game, with a lot of history into it. And the interactions between the characters lead to amazing stories.
I will try to post the Book 2 today.

Have you played Anno 1701 different but close in the gender.
I heard of it, but never caught my eyes... and yeah... adult life sucks. I also have a lot less time to play games than i would like to, but now and then i indulge myself with some of it.
