In respect to one of our roles and duties as STEEMJET HUMAN RESOURCE/CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT to create publicity concerning her member birthday.

On the birthday of a particular member, every other member of the community shall send at least 0.1 SBD/Steem to the celebrant. The minimum is 0.1 SBD, you can send beyond that if you wish so.

This is just to make the celebrant to know that he is been loved by the community

In addition, the Human Resource dept., shall send birthday gift in form of SBD/Steem to the celebrant. This will make the member feel more valued as well as make him/her to develop a greater sense of belonging in the community.

DATABASE UPDATE

As one of the main role of STEEMJET HUMAN RESOURCE/CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT

Maintain and Update Records...

We will continue to keep records and update information about the size of our community, based on membership strength as well as information on the activities and progress of the community. We shall keep everyone updated on weekly/monthly basis on the number of newbies onboarding our aircraft. This will help us measure the growth of our community in terms of size.

STATISTICS

✳️Over 100 members have registered successfully on the steemjet database as at the time of filling this analysis.

✳️75.4% of members are males 👨

✳️24.6% are females🙎

✳️A total of 85 delegates....

✳️New locations dictated with members include; Maracay, Aragua, Delta, Venezuela and Morroco

The tables above are incomplete as we have many more members and a few delegates left, who are yet to update their details on the Steemjet database. We have over 300 steemjet members across the globe, but only 133 have their details on the database so far.

• If your name is on the table above but your details are not complete, click HERE to complete your details so we'll update it.

Here is the simple guide to follow to fill the registration form.

1⃣. Enter your email address and click on next

2⃣. If you're a new member, click on "Yes" under Newbie, if you're not, click on "No".

3⃣. Username: Enter your steemit username, you don't have to add "@".

4⃣. Click on male or female depending on your gender, you can't be both or none. Then enter your current steemit rep.

5⃣. Location: here, we're interested not just in your country, but in your specific location. Type your location, and then add your country. E.g Lagos, Nigeria. This will really help us to know how members are at a particular location for the purpose of Steemjet meet-ups

6⃣. Department: Click on the department you belong, if you don't have a department yet. Just click on others or just leave it blank.

7⃣. Date of Birth: Here, we're not interested in the year, as many may not wish to disclose it and that's understandable. Just enter your correct birth month and day, you can pick any year you like.

8⃣. Image: Just upload one good personal picture of yours that we'll use for your profile and birthday celebration.

9⃣. Click on submit, and you're done. That's all.

⏺ I'm aware that some persons belong to two departments. As such, not stating your other department in the table above does not erase the fact that you belong there.

⏺ If you notice any mistake or error in your name or details. Do well to call my attention or that of @joshuaetim or @ungest or @ninoh22 to it.

What The Community Should Expect From Us?

The community should expect us to carry out our roles. Just like it has been outlined, and deliver our job effectively. Where they feel we're underperforming, they should feel free to call our attention to it.

What We Expect from The Community

All we expect from the community is cooperation. We need your cooperation to succeed, we also need your ideas and contributions. If we request of you to do anything, please do for the ultimate benefit of the community.

PS: Department of the newly recruited Delegates would be chosen by the HOD's after having a meeting with their members on whom to adopt
When that is done, the updated list of members for each department would be given to the HR department for input into the Database
