Hello everyone, few months back i joined this awesome platform called Steemit, though to be honest my only intentions were to make money but through honest ways. I am a medico, a dentist and my life process is pretty simple. I wake up , go to my clinic and then by late night thankfully i reach home and sleep. My career is still in its early stages , so for having more money just to make my both ends meet, i thought i should give Steemit a shot. I started to invest my time in it but let me tell you, money doesn't come any easy here. But i liked the overall concept of this platform and i was overwhelmed to see how different people have different talents and how are they working hard to succeed here.

Darwin once put survival of fittest theory, Damn! That theory so applies here. Its a very tough race out here. In the meantime i introduced my brother here @tasauver who had a good run out here but just after two months , he looked disappointed too as his content wasnt making rounds as per his expectations.

I belong to a place kashmir which is caught in between the political conflict between two countries, so the overall position of people living out here is pretty miserable. Though people have tremendous amount of talent, be it in any field. We are around 20-30 Kashmiri's here at Steemit and everyone has got something of his own. Few of them has managed to get support from sir @dimimp whom i have heard a lot off.

This post i am writing to Sir @dimimp to call for a good favour and support to me as he has been doing to many people out here. I really am looking forward to be part of your project. I dont know whether you will be able to connect to me or not but i still have a hope that you will get the good intentions i have.

I somehow want my Kashmiri fellowmen out here and showcasing their talent. I know a number of young people who got immense talent. Though i have been trying very hard to get them here but it's just i need someone just to Hold me strong just to grab them here.

My top most priority is to get my brother @tasauver back here and make him believe that this platform really belongs to him. He is fighting a battle with his own space and i know once he comes back, he will get hell lot of guys with him.

Sir @dimimp i really need your help and i am sure i will not disappoint you. I promise i will give you the best Steemjet school.

My top priorities would be:

1. Making a specialised team of people. By specialisation i mean, everyone has got something about him. In my Steemjet , we as team will try to figure out the best skill and would accordingly train the member.

2. Non-hierarchical team with no seniors and juniors.All equal and all with equal opportunities.

3. Minimal three days meet at school and prepare them for this amazing platform.

4. Maintaining the consistency which is most important thing to be successful at steemit.

5. Taking out the nervous energy out from every beginner. Sharing our own experiences and making sure they share their talent in best possible way.

6. Interactions and discussion groups like discord , so that everybody stays in touch and make sure nobody is feeling down. Positive words abmnd encouragement go a long way in making a good steemians.

7. Introducing crypto concept in every single member from the start. Make them comfortable and aware about this amazing future thing.

8. Making an infectious team which will attract more and more people towards this.

Life gives opportunity to everyone but it should come at the right time. I just want to do my bit and try to get the best people in my team who would certainly make my motherland 's name a prominent one here.

I am really excited and i hope i will get a chance to make my people back home excited about this project.

Sir @dimimp even though if i dont make this, i still will hold great regards for you.
