Click on vote for witnesses. And carefully select those you believe are good ambassadors of the Steemit community and have the best interest of the growth and development of the community at heart.
we have 50 witness on the first page in which you can select your witness to vote for,
but dim is not on the first page
you have to mve down the page where you will see a box titled
If you would like to vote for a witness outside of the top 50, enter the account name below to cast a vote.

you will type dim inside the box, then click on vote.

here is a short way on how to vote for dim as your witness.
when you visit https://steemit.com/~witnesses
it will take you to this page below.
