As stated by @empato365 in his blog our duty as steemjet delegates are to focus on curating quality contents that carry the #steemjet tag. New contributors are just as much as an investment to the platform as posts are, therefore, we should also make effort to look out for new steemians, especially those who desire to be part of the steemjet community. .
Being a curator involves hours upon hours of hard work, selecting the best out of many, rewarding people for the value they add to the platform. We are tasked with the power to decide if a post is good enough and when to be strict and lenient.
Since steemjet is growing rapidly we should all expect more use of the #steemjet tag daily... You'll agree with me that we have our work cut out for us.

The curation duty is meant for all the delegates and not for you guys alone, but your focus here will be to make sure that atleast some useful steemjet posts are curated.

This is a great team of dedicated fellows. All that is required is proper planning and execution. It is preferable to source contents at late hours of everyday as most people post at night, that way you'll can be able to curate almost every creative content with the appropriate tag.
