[UPDATE] Steemjet Security/PR Team - BLACKLIST/NEW MEASURES
Hello Steemjetters,
I'm here again with an update on what my department has been doing so the community can keep moving forward.
Today i'd be addressing the issues of spam on #steemjet, as we all know spam messages can be very annoying and this makes a post difficult to access especially for low-end device users.
How do we stop seeing spam messages?
All thanks to @ned and his team for developing a way steemjet can eradicate spammers and their activities completely.
Now most of you know how to use the MUTE button and many of you don't even know it exists, oh YES! It does. This mute button makes it possible for you not to receive a comment from a person on your post, activities of the person's account will be made invisible to you. What if we use this mute button to ignore spammers rather than flag them down all the time?
Yeah i've been thinking of this. Many people might be asking how do we know these spammers, well this is the reason for our blacklist.
You can MUTE the following accounts for the time being until they become of good behaviour.

Muting the following accounts will help the security team to not waste resources that are supposed to be used for upvoting newbies/quality contents.
How do we mute these accounts?
It is very easy..
Click on the name of the account you want to mute in the account section

Then you'd find the MUTE button just like on this image.
NOTE:The new rule is an individual shouldn't comment more than once no matter the team/spaceforce you are in. When you fail to abide by this, you will get blacklisted even if you're a delegate.
An appeal will be sent to the community once a person stops spamming so we can unmute. This is Steemjet community we need to start making decisions as a single body because UNITY is one of the major reasons that will get us global adoption.
