STEEMJET DATABASE UPDATE AND HR NEW RECRUITS

Hello fellow Steemjetters, I bring you greetings from the crypto space.

After the first Steemjet offline meeting and meet-up at Uyo which took place last week. There has been a lot of changes and adjustments to restructure steemjet in order to help her achieve her goals and vision.

Amongst other vital issues discussed at the meeting was the modification of some departments to help the community become more organized as well as give delegates a sense of defined roles and responsibilities.

Also, over the past days, we've had influx of new delegates who has been onboarded by @dimimp on our jet, bringing the total number of delegates now to 104.
Since most departments had been filled already with the required workforce number, @empato365 and other SF 1 members, thought it wise to create an additional unit called, Curation team to accommodate our new delegates, this unit is headed by @Mhizsophie.

Also, the former supervising/security department has now been restructured into Social Directors/Moderators with @lifeofdarlington as the head. While the Voice/Audio department now has @kristenantai01 has the head. The audit/accounts department was merged into the HR department, and @penking who was in-charge of the said department has now been added to the HR department as member.

With our new intake of delegates and other changes, the Steemjet Database now has a new look. Irrespective of which department you belong, it is imperative for both delegates and non-delegates to adhere to the Steemjet launch codes as presented by @dimimp in one of his publications, and most importantly, it is needful for all Steemjetters to note launch Code 5 as an effective tool towards making positive contributions and even embarking on personal projects.

Statistics

• A total of 102 members have responded out of over 300 members
• We now have a total of 104 delegates
• 80.2% of our members are males while 19.8% are females
• 29.3% of members are Steemjet newbies (newly onboarded members)
• We now have members onboarding from new locations with Philippines, Morocco and Aragua inclusive.

After the first publication of the HR department, a call was made for the recruitment of two ladies to join the unit. We had a total of 7 entries, and after meeting with my team members for screening and assessment, we finally decided on these two; @joyce-okpobo and @gnomicrules. Congratulations to you both, you've been hired!
