The View From Gibson’s Steps
Another great day on Victoria’s scenic Great Ocean Road. Started off a little cold and gloomy, but by the time we got here this afternoon, the sun was shining and showing off the spectacular views.
These steps were originally carved into the cliff face by the local indigenous tribes to access the beach for fishing and swimming — it’s also a great surfing spot when conditions are right.
While my guests explore, I’m soaking in the sunshine before the 3 hour drive back to Melbourne.

Very rarely do I see it small ... always super scary hairy, never surfed there. Too big and scary for me!
