Food is essentially to the body and I was taught that food gives energy to the body and this energy gotten from food gives us the ability to do work.

I will talk about Afang soup and those people from Nigeria and especially Akwa Ibomit take the soup as their favorite and very easy to prepare.

Spices and it comprises of maggi, onions,fresh pepper or dry pepper, salt ,palm oil, prewinkle , cowskin, cow meat.
