RE: This saturday the Young people of America Are Leading Us.
Pretty sure "militia" did not only include government controlled military. You seem to be ignoring the reason the second amendment exists in the first place, because they believed that a well armed and organized populace could prevent the spread of potential tyranny.
Or something like that. "Militia" did not mean state approved military groups only.
Actually specific said that!
"well regulated Militia"
They could have just said militia, but they didn't...
They said "well regulated" which does means government established and controlled by the States!
And the Supreme court Justice Gorsuch just put in place in the supreme court by the Republicans agrees... He is a strict Constitutionalist!
Gorsuch is a proponent of originalism, the idea that the Constitution should be interpreted as perceived at the time of enactment, and of textualism, the idea that statutes should be interpreted literally, without considering the legislative history and underlying purpose of the law.[7][8][9]

You are ignoring the fact that the second amendment exists to give people the ability to resist the state. They obviously did not want only state organized groups to be armed. "Well regulated" means more than just sanctioned by the government.
The second part of your post has nothing to do with my comment, are you just campaigning for some politician?
