Fine and gross motor
Fine motor skills:
Small movements performed by children with the tongue, lips, fingers, hands, wrists and toes
Coarse motor skills:
Refers to movements that use muscle groups such as walking, jumping and climbing
Development of fine motor skills
It has to do with eye-hand coordination and the coordination of muscles to be able to develop activities such as cutting out figures or holding pencil to draw
Development of gross motor skills
It is related to the movements of the body and our balance agility, strength and speed. That children learn to control their bodies to have control of their head, to sit, to crawl, to stand up
REFLECTION
Every child must have an effective learning process, thus avoiding a school delay in the future due to the lack of development of fine and gross motor skills in children
