Users already have to manage posting key, active key and a master password for Steemit to avoid any attack on their account by some hacker. When we tell the new users to take this alternate route, they get frustrated. If this had not been the case, why are Steemit posts very low in number during this week?
Yes, steemit is the best to apply keys on. It has been tough lately, but if you look at @steemitblog's update or even Ned's blog, you will see that it is being worked on
