My Creation

This way I think
allows me to dig deep
to find a way
to be more in sync,
with all these ideas
that get lost
inside my head,
that seem to just add
to this sense of dread,
that I may miss out
in what lies ahead.
But stop take a minute,
breathe in deep,
calm myself,
allow myself to think,
all this is my creation
I can be more in control
It is my actions
that make me feel whole.
I can open
many doors,
where my thoughts can run free,
just like little snippets
of colourful debris,
all very content
to rain down on me.

I have never had any input with my poetry before, it has always come straight from my heart, on to paper and more recently here on to steemit
