Rapid breaths
Sweat soaked clothes
Flushed faces
Muscles burning with exertion
Feet nearly sore
Arms, aching from swinging
Ears, ringing
Too loud music
Too small space
It starts again
Left, right
Up, down
Dip, kneel
Rise, fall
Left foot back
Right arm up
Twist your torso
Reach for the ceiling
