DAY 8 "A spark for the mind"

Swayed by the gerund of thinking
The mind keenly traumatized
Deeply lost in the pages of the book
Always searching, never finding

Time passes by
The mind grows feeble and weak
The book overwhelms the universe
Several hours gone, still nothing to show for it.

Sweats of frustration, the mind cries.
Desperation sets in, all hope fried.
Looking back and forth
Looking askance at the
Little hungry eyes, blazing ,
Rigorously flaming, inferno

No one understands the book
Lost in the universe of words
Their mind closed with sadness.

Then a little spark
Lights up the pages
The mind increasingly vast,
Like the universe
Then answers the first, fourth and fifth
A broad smile adorns the lips
"I'm not out yet"
