"Why don't you write a poem that I can understand?" asked a dear friend of mine.
This poem is my 55th submission.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SAD ENDING LOVE STORY EVER
by Ikhwanul Halim
was only 16 at the time
as she walked to the beach
she stole all the looks
finally revealed her true identity
his hands used to shake
whenever he would look at
her beauty still doesn’t fade
everyday life of living with her
because of the different backgrounds
her family didn’t approve the relationship
even couldn’t break them apart
remained sweetheart until eternity
they never married
“I’m the one that was so scared”
years later, he admitted

sama - sama cut bang..
ya udah.. aku ikutkan dalam kontes PIF, nanti kalau mau ikutan kontes jangan tulis tentang aku sama sekali ya. konsep PIF itu ngga boleh bayar kebaikan kepada orang yang sama tetapi kepada orang lain lagi. puisi ini yang paling mudah kupahami dari sekian puisimu yang sudah kubaca.. hahahaha (teuteup tragic ending dah!)

Oohh ndak usah kuatir... Yg ikut kontes aku, kontes itu isinya mengajukan Blogger lain, dgn menyertakan satu tulisan terakhirnya. Kebetulan aja ini barangkali tulisan abang niy untuk kontes lain. Kalo nggak mau ikut pun gpp. Gak wajib hay, kontesnya asyik kok, nggak menang pun masih dapat vote berisi. Yg dapat siapa? Kawan yg kita ulas lah... Judulnya aja meneruskan kebaikan bukan memenangkan kontes. Hihihi. Bersenang2 lah.. Jgn dipikirin kali.
Now that is truly sad. Emotion can be so intense at 16.
Reminds me of an old T.V. show called James At 16... Lance Kerwin was a heart throb back then
