Poem: Proudly Bald

Good day fellow steemians! You might wonder why my day ‘X’ poem is being posted today, but that’s all because my account had been hacked and I just recently got this new account (took me a while to get the email response from steemit and get back on my feet). Anyway, It’s day ‘X’ because I really lost touch with what day it is on the #steemitschoolpoetry competition.

This day of the poem is about bald folks like myself. Enjoy!

Balder with a thicker skin than the ‘B’ next to italics can do to a letter,
At twelve noon shining bright like it’s a prerogative of a wise man,
My bald head is a diminutive sun having a staring contest with the colossal sun,

So smooth it feels like heaven to touch,
While wind waves those weaves with a woman’s hair,
it pleases it to meander softly past a bald man’s head,
I can feel the first raindrop before the clouds break into tears,
And the schick blade in every two sunrises does it’s diminutive harvests.

I keep it clean like a pearl in an oyster’s shell,
Even flies find it too slippery to land on,
Women fancy it like I do the macbook dual quard,
Bald is that bad boy look on a man from suicide squad,

A stereotype of a wealthy gentleman,
He has the whole globe in the shape of his rounded scalp,
Head clear just like his vision,
A self chastisement saying cheers to intuition.
