As a brand new Steemian, this was super helpful. One of the reasons that I was the most interested in the platform was that it is set up to reward genuine reflection and authenticity. Now that I am beginning to understand how it works, I am also noticing that it is pushing me to share more of myself and to be more vulnerable, so it becomes a valuable tool for personal growth as well.
