I have been a little absent from the contest, the things where I live are not very good and every time I find some food is difficult and expensive the truth is that the money does not reach me

Here I bring you a simple sandwich but I can assure you that its flavor was incredible

I call it Cherry Sandwich, for cherry tomatoes

This sandwich has a special ingredient prepared by my grandmother here we call it carrot butter or it can be a cream of carrot is to spread, this butter has an incredible flavor besides it is a recipe that arises because something as simple as butter is not found in the supermarkets of my country so you have to biscar homemade products.

INGREDIENTS:

Cherry Sandwich

• Hamburger 'bread
• Egg
• Mortadella
• Breaded Chicken
• Carrot Butter (Special Recipe)
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Salt
• Pepper

In the photos the butter looks a little yellow but the truth is its color is a stronger yellow similar to the color of the carrot

The ingredients for this carrot butter are: Carrot, White Cheese, Oil and a little Salt
