Today I went ahead a little to my usual day I usually publish on Sundays but today I had a little time so I was encouraged
This is my ticket for this week 44 for the sandwich contest created by @jaybird This week I think I put something creative so I hope you like it
Cake Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
- Dough of Cupcakes or Empanadas
- Ground Beef
- Mozzarella cheese
- Onion cut in julienne
- Garlic
- Spinach
- I beaten egg
- Salt marinade and red wine
The meat add salt marinade and red wine
sauté onion garlic and spinach in the same pan where I made the meat
Double meat and double cheese
Another layer of dough and roll
I put it in the oven for about 20 minutes
