SSC week 70 Veggie Speg and falafel ball sandwich
Another Repurposed sandwich.
Had left over noodles and some marinara. There were only 5 falafel balls left, not enough to properly go with the pasta so I made a sandwich for my girl. You will notice a large amount of mozzarella cheese on top, there is a generous layer of parmesan under that.
Ingredients
- Falafel Balls
- Spaghetti Noodles
- Marinara Sauce
- Onion
- Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzarella
After baking the pasta and falafel in sauce, I put onion on here too, stack in your hoggie bun and wrap in tin foil. This Helps Keep the bread from getting to crisp while the cheese melts.Its simple, Using the ingredients I had left and made a delicious meal for my lady. I hope my vegan friends can forgive me for using dairy, but I have not converted here yet and the carnivores on here should be happy.
Haha! I love this meatball sub monstrosity. Leftovers make the best ssandwiches! Or perhaps it's just he best way to use leftovers...not sure which it is lol.
