Going into a big weekend, gf going to get essentials today, but im left with scraps going into work. Awesome scraps.

INGREDIENTS

  • bread
  • avacado
  • hummus
  • cucumber
  • green pepper
  • ground hemp seeds

Spread hummus and avocado on each slice

    Interesting vegetarian choice. I dig the hemp seed, those are soo good especially in salads.

    Good selection with the avo, green peps and cuc.
