SSC 73. Holiday splicing leftovers
Just had too
and the ease of playing off this simple idea will make your next sandwich great too.
The left over soaked in gravy on a roll.
INGREDIENTS
- dinner roll
- mushroom gravy (told it was shitake mush veg safe)not mine
- mash pot ( half potato half cauliflower boiled together and smashed with roasted garlic and coconut milk 3 tbl )
- cornnmeal stuffing(unstuffed and again veg friendly)not mine
baked until lightly crisp. Then add gravy for additional five.
I like to drench the gravy pre sandwich built for a sublte flavour. I added the buns for the last 2 minutes to make the sandwich "hot" complete. Aa close to as a hot turkey as i get, so it hit the spot for me n the pup.
Well..she aint pretty, but i think it probably tasted pretty fantastic!
