Steemit Sandwich Contest Week#29 - Entry from Steemit-Foodie’s husband: Sloppy Joes Mix and Match Bagel Sandwich
My husband went out and picked up a special kind of bagel that he can eat. Since we have a lot of ground beef and cheese leftover from my wrapper, I asked if he's interested in making a sandwich for the SSC with the bagel he bought - he accepted the invitation and made the following sandwich named Sloppy Joes Mix and Match Bagel Sandwich.
He first cut his bagel into half to be toasted, he added some of the beef mixture on top of one side of the bagel. To my surprise, he proceeded to decorate the plate with some pickled beet and dill pickle.
Next, he placed a roasted green pepper on the other side of the bagel and topped with some spicy salami. After that, he put some olives on the side of the plate and topped the other side of the bagel with cheese and some hot sauce.
I was happy that he got to participate in this week's SSC, lol. He thought he did very well with this manwich. Obviously, he has a very different style and approach from me when it comes to sandwiches as I tend to make something different that does not look like a traditional sandwich, lol.

It was so interesting to watch him put it together, completely different from the way I do things. I got such a kick out of watching him!
And yes, we only like Franks's hot sauce :)
