Hey y'all - Still have Christmas leftovers that you don't know what to do? How about a makeover and turn them into a fancy Burrito?! (Ha, this sounded like a line from a commercial, lol)

In my opinion, to wrap up the best parts of your Christmas meal into this burrito is one great way to finish any leftovers. Also, this super easy recipe allows you to have some well deserved downtime from cooking, especially after spending so much energy preparing an elaborate Christmas meal.

Just remember to smother gravy over the burrito and add a little cranberry sauce as the finishing touch, and then you have got a wonderful plate of leftovers to enjoy that looks nothing like leftovers, lol. I have heard some don't like leftovers. If you have anyone in the family who are not motivated to eat the same old food, then you must make this to impress them.

You can easily enhance your meal with this burrito by pairing with any of your favourite leftover sides. In our case, we had a full plate of other leftovers in addition to the yummy burrito.

Here are the ingredients:

• Tortilla (burrito sized), Sour Cream, Leftover Turkey, Leftover Mashed Potatoes, Leftover Gravy, Leftover Cranberry Sauce

How to make It:

• Turn oven to broil
• Smear the centre of tortilla with sour cream and top with leftover turkey, mashed potatoes
• Fold the end of the tortilla over the filling and then fold in the sides while filling the tortilla
• Place the rolled tortilla in the oven to heat up
• Heat up the leftover gravy
• Pour the gravy over the top of the burrito and top with leftover cranberry sauce

See, you spent so much time labouring in the kitchen for your Christmas Dinner and it's all worth it because you have an easy way to use up all the leftovers and now you can truly enjoy the holidays.
