BTW @jaybird - I dropped by the vietnamese sandwich shop yesterday on Spadina & Dundas. Check out their sandwich station. It's so cheap too. Jam packed with their own people who knows their own Bánh mì, this place can't get any more authentic than that!! Here is a pic:
