Hello my dear friends of steemit. Thanks for visiting my post. In this opportunity, I bring a recipe to share with you and participate in a #steemitsandwinchcontest contest in week 51. I hope you like it and encourage yourself to do it.
Ingredients:
•Green bananas.
• Salad of cabbage, carrot and cilantro.
•Meat.
•Cheese.
•Avocado.
• Sauce: pimento, onion, garlic, capers and mayonnaise.
•Salt to taste.
Elaboration:
Wash the plantains, cut and place to cook, once cooked we proceed to flatten the banana and bring it back to fry, place to parboil the meat and trim and dress it to taste. Prepare the sauce by processing the pimento, onion, garlic and capers with the mayonnaise. Cut the avocado and proceed to fill the plantains. Started with salsa, ensalda, meat, avocado and grated cheese.

Honestly, all this entry could use is clearer pictures. It's a fantastic creation really, I just wish we could all get a better look at this masterpiece!
