Hello my dear friends of steemit. Thanks for visiting my post. On this occasion I want to bring you something different, a recipe to share with you and participate in a #steemitsandwinchcontest contest at week 55 which is sponsored @jaybird. I hope you like it and are encouraged to do it.

Cachitos stuffed with ham.🥐

Ingredients:

For the mass:

• 500 g of flour.
• 5g of instant yeast.
• 50 ml of water.
• 50g of milk powder.
• 175g of sugar.
• 10g of salt.
• 50g of margarine.
•1 egg.
• 1 tablespoon of butter essence.
For the filling
• 250g of ham cut into pieces.

Elaboration:

In a small cup place the yeast with water, sugar and a teaspoon of sugar, let stand for 10 minutes. In a boll sift the flour, add the sugar, milk, salt, egg and margarine mix all the ingredients and finally add the yeast with the remaining water, knead for a period of 20 minutes and let stand for 10 minutes before using mass. Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut several triangles before using, fill with the ham and roll up the triangle, place the preparation in a previously greased tray, let it rest for 10 minutes until its size becomes visible. Bring to bake for 20 minutes. List the preparation to taste.

You should try adding cheese and broccoli in there too! Might be really good!
