Steemit Sandwich Contest Week 72 - My Number Two

Monster-Cordon-Bleu-Sandwich

It's this "special" time of the year I am not really celebrating which gives me time to make another sandwich this week. Anyway, so there was this special request from my lovely lady to make the Worlds-Most-Excellent-Porky-Cordon-Bleu. What's better then putting this biggy into some slices of bread... 😉

And yes @birdsinparadise this one would feed your family for two days for sure... 😎😎😎

While you're shaking your head, you may listen to Punk 103...

For This Monster You'll Need:

• The Bread

Some organic rye bread

• Two 220 gr Pork Fillet Steak

Butterfly Cut and then hit the Crap out of it, until as thin as possible. Fill with...

• Superior Ham
• Swiss Gruyère Cheese

Fold to close the butterfly, then: Flour, Egg and Breadcrumbs. Fry in clarified butter two minutes on each side. To finish just put the monster in between the bread.

• Sriracha

for more heat and my way to validate this entry...
