Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #32/ Eggplant Sandwich

Preparation:

The first thing we must have ready is the ground meat, to make sandwiches we should not complicate ourselves, so take a portion of meat previously ready (that you keep in the fridge for another time), but this is easy to do, just fry it with a dressing and ready.

Cut the onion into thin strips, look at the picture

Then the tomato on thin wheels

Now as a substitute for bread we will use aubergines, cut into slices of approximately 1 cm thick.

Then straight to the plate, just a few drops of oil, only drops to prevent sticking, so about 3 minutes on each side.

You should have ham, mayonnaise and cheese on hand by now.

Once the aubergine is ready, just spread some mayonnaise on one layer and place the meat on it.

We continue to place the onion, not everyone likes it, so you can place the amount you want.

Two wheels of tomatoes

Another layer of eggplant and some mayonnaise.

We added cheese and two more wheels of tomato.

A little ham and we close with another layer of aubergine.

and that's it, we can decorate with a little parsley.

Super simple really simple and the mixture of flavors is delicious, they can add a little salt to the optional eggplant!

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with ricotta
