Seaweed raspberry chutney, rose red onion confit... all things that I like but in combinations which I have never tried. Sounds absolutely incredible together. You have the salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors in your sandwich creation. I would need a nap after this one! As usual @mondoshawan...super creative and delightful! Good luck!
