This is a heck of debut. Definitely not an ugly duckling of a sandwich. Action packed. And I appreciate the sheer amount of homemadness that went into this creation. I wasn't sure what a jaffle was at first. now i know :)
Also that grandma's Bolognese Sauce sounds epic!
You'd feel awful eating all of them... enough to feed an army. Thanks for the warm welcome! Gran's sauce is bomb, highly recommended you try it. It might help to crochet lace doilies or watch a soap opera while you're making the sauce to channel that grandma chi . Despite the same recipe, her's is always better than mine, so I've written if off the chi.
