Happy Monday everyone. It has been a fantastic weekend of not doing very much. I thought I would start off my week with a bacon bap. I only have a few bits of bacon left and I will go to the market tomorrow. 

Since I was baking bread today, I left the oven on a little longer to bake the bacon and garlic.

I used the following to make this sandwich:

Bread:

• Wheat flour 
• Water
• Yeast
• Salt 

Filler:

• Bacon
• Garlic
• Mustard
• Salt & pepper  

The oven is piping hot. On a pizza tray I sliced some garlic, lay down the bacon and seasons with salt & pepper. 

5 minutes later and it comes out the oven bubbling. 

Loads of mustard, which I like with and pork products. 

Some iceberg lettuce to add the healthy component and complimented with oven roasted garlic. 

On goes that bacon. 

Here now and demolished in minutes.
